Terms & Conditions
1. Each pass is valid usage for one(1) guests and must be presented at the ticketing & reservations counter to redeem for one (1) wristbands.
2. This pass is intended for single use only.
3. This pass is valid for entrance on the date stated during purchase. This pass must be claimed and redeemed on the same date, after which the pass is null and void.
4. This pass is non-refundable, not for re-sale and not exchangeable for cash.
5. Photocopied pass will not be accepted.
6. Not valid in conjunction with any other form of promotions or special events.
7. Entopia operating hours are subject to change without prior notice.
8. Butterfly House (Pg) Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
